Description of Project Services Provided:
- Energy Efficiency and LEED Consulting
- Commissioning process in accordance with USGBC, Associated Air Balance Council, and ASHRAE procedures.
- Commissioned systems included chill water system, air handling units, variable air volume devices, kitchen exhaust systems, domestic hot water, lighting controls, and building automation systems.
- Direct General Contractor on Training Plan and Execution
- Creation of the re-commissioning plan, manual and checklists.
